Erin L. Boeck is a trial attorney with the firm handling a variety of personal injury matters including automobile accidents, premises liability, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, workplace injuries, abuse, and wrongful death cases. A career-long plaintiffs’ attorney, Erin has devoted her practice to obtaining justice for individuals involved in personal injury and consumer protection matters. Erin has litigated countless cases involving severe and catastrophic injuries that have resulted in six and seven-figure resolutions.
A native of Baltimore, MD, Erin attended the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law, where she was a two-time recipient of the Commitment to Service Award, as well as the Pro Bono Award. While in law school, Erin served on the editorial board, and as the Symposium Editor, of the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice. Her article “A Wrong Makes a Right: Forfeiture by Wrongdoing in Domestic Violence Prosecutions after Giles v. California,” addressing the Sixth Amendment as applied to domestic violence prosecutions, was published in the Spring 2009 edition of the Journal. She also served as a judicial extern to Comm. Renee E. Wilson and as a law clerk in the litigation department at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, ensuring equal access to the justice system for low-income individuals in various civil matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin spent nine years as a trial attorney at a boutique plaintiffs’ civil litigation firm in Costa Mesa, managing a large and diverse caseload in state and federal courts throughout California, from intake through to trial. Since becoming a part of DiMarco | Araujo | Montevideo in 2019, Erin continues to tirelessly advocate for those who have been needlessly injured. She prides herself on exhausting all resources, possibilities, and efforts to achieve fair and successful results for those who have suffered due to the actions or failures of others. Additionally, Erin is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California. She was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of CAOC, an honor which she continues to hold.
Erin resides in Costa Mesa with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and is involved in various local youth sports organizations. When not practicing or out on the sports field, she can be found cheering for the Dodgers, Lakers, and her hometown Baltimore Ravens.
